Fudge Urban Review

A few weeks back I was browsing in Superdrug and spotted that a range of 'Fudge Urban' products were half price. I was instantly grabbing the 'Fudge Urban Iced Raspberry & Vanilla Hairspray' as I'd been planning to purchase it for a while after hearing it being constantly raved about by my favourite beauty gurus. I also picked up the 'Fudge Urban Sea Salt' to make the most of the offer and I'm very, very glad I did as they've both proved to be great products and well worth purchasing for the summer. 

Fudge Urban Iced Raspberry & Vanilla Hairspray

I don't often curl my hair, as my hair is naturally wavy and I often leave it as it is, but when I do dust off the curling tongs, be it for a special occasion or a big night out, I want it too stay and I mean stay. Fortunately for me, this hairspray does just the trick. Not only does it smell AMAZING it works like a hairspray should. Great hold yet not giving you that sticky, tough, crispy, just not nice! feeling in your hair. The packaging also won me over with it's quirky and contrasting fuchsia and orange colour scheme. I will definitely be purchasing this again, unfortunately at full price, but no doubt still worth it.

Fudge Urban Sea Salt

I was also very pleased with this product too. Although I will not use it as much as the hairspray as I do think it's best used in Summer (for beach days or as a holiday essential) I still love it. I recently took a day trip to the beach with my boyfriend, taking advantage of the rare hot weather here in Britain while we still have it, and used the sea salt spray to give my hair that beach wave, voluminous look. Instantly the smell reminded me of holiday, a gorgeous scent of coconut and tropical loveliness. I used the technique of scrunching my hair into a ball to create volume, I've yet to try blow drying it in, although I imagine it will give the same glorious effect. The product worked great although I would say one downside is the hold, I felt I needed to top it up later on in the day when I could feel my hair dropping and looking 'accidental messy' rather than purposefully. However still a great product for Summer.
